Standard Gear Coupling
Couplings are consist of two gear hubs & and two gear sleeves are connected to high tensile bolts & nuts.
Material for construction for hubs & sleeves depend on application,as a standard material is either cast steel:IS2707-1996 or forged steel BS970 070M55-1983.
Gear teeth are induction hardened and bolt holes jig bored.
